- Only one offer per household/family unit may be purchased. This mail-in offer provides rebates of up to US$25.00 each. One rebate may be used each month for sixteen months. Each rebate request must be accompanied by an original itemized receipt from the restaurant, for up to a total of no more than US$25.00. Make your qualifying purchase at one of the restaurants and return your original receipt along with your completed rebate request form to: USA DINE-AROUND.COM LLC, 4301 N.Ocean Blvd. Suite 1107 Boca Raton, FL 33431. Rebates will commence upon payment from the daily deal site.
- This offer does not include taxes, including but not limited to Federal, State or Local excise, gift, and sales taxes, gift card, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities.
